- We send you a price quote within 48 hours from your request for quote. If the received information needs further clarifications, we shall be contacting you in 48hours with our queries
- For complex enquiries we might need to organise an online session site visits where we can understand better the requirements.
Order Confirmation
- Customer is required to confirm his order in writing , endorsing the terms and conditions set in the price Estimate
- We shall identify our best manufacturing process to execute your project in the agreed timeframe. All our processes are ISO9001:2015 certified
Manufacturing
- Our Manufacturing is completed
- Quality checks are done on 100% of our products
- The manufactured parts shall be transferred to Xtroprecision offices were manufactured goods shall be checked and packed.
Dispatch
- Delivery of parts in minimum 14 days from order from our Singapore offices
- Express shipping methods are used unless agreed otherwise.
