The 5 Axis CNC part manufacturing system was used to manufacture this highley complex part thus maintaining very high accuracy. 5-axis milling machine uses the A-Axis which rotates around the X axis plane B-axis, which rotates around the Y-axis in the X-Y-Z plane. This multidimensional rotation and tool movement allows unparalleled precision and finish. 5-axis machining can create very complex parts in very short time period, which is why it is so important for high level uses, The spare part named EFO wand is used in very high precise wire bonders. Wire bonders are highly accurate machines used to connect the semicondutor chip by tiny gold wire to the frame, one this process is done the chip and frame are encapsulated.
